Membership Details

Membership services are tailored to each residence and the level of oversight selected. Additional services beyond the included membership scope may be arranged at Haven's applicable service rates.

Reserve Project Management: Routine estate maintenance, repairs, vendor coordination, and property-related project oversight are included. Major renovations, capital improvements, and substantial projects requiring dedicated management are quoted separately.

Reserve Concierge: Personalized concierge coordination is included for routine household, arrival, guest, and lifestyle requests. Extensive concierge engagements, special events, and services requiring dedicated staffing may incur additional fees.

Third-party vendor charges, materials, purchases, and outside service costs are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
