This allows us to provide a high level of attention, responsiveness, and consistency for each property we manage.

Haven Estate Co. offers three membership levels—Foundation, Signature, and Legacy—starting at $1,800/month that serve as the framework for our services.

From there, pricing is tailored based on the specific needs of your home, including its size, amenities, level of use, and any additional services requested. Following an initial consultation, we provide a customized plan and corresponding monthly fee aligned with the level of care and support required.
