When creating Haven, the goal was never simply to launch another home watch or property management company.
The vision was to create something more intentional.
As homeowners ourselves, we saw an opportunity for a more proactive and personalized approach to estate care—one centered on stewardship, thoughtful coordination, and helping ownership feel lighter and more enjoyable.
In the feature, we share more about our journey to Bainbridge Island, the experiences that shaped Haven, and why we believe exceptional homes deserve more than occasional oversight. At Haven, we intentionally remain focused exclusively on Bainbridge Island and limit membership so we can maintain the level of responsiveness, continuity, and care that this model was designed around.
